What is the difference between Extract and Split?

Extract lets you pick specific pages (e.g. pages 2, 5, 8) into one file. Split divides a PDF into separate files at defined page breaks.

Can I extract non-consecutive pages?

Yes! Enter any combination of pages and ranges: "1, 3, 5-7, 10" to extract exactly the pages you need.

Does extraction reduce quality?

No. Extracted pages are identical to the originals - no re-encoding, no quality loss.

Can I extract all even or odd pages?

Yes, you can manually enter even (2, 4, 6...) or odd (1, 3, 5...) page numbers. Automatic even/odd extraction is planned for a future update.

How large can the source PDF be?

PDFredo supports PDFs up to 100MB for all tools including page extraction.
